West Avenue - Residential Care Home

We are pleased to announce the re-opening of this Residential service which is designed to offer a fully supported service for up to 5 adults who have Aspergers or associated condition which may include mental health problems.  This service would ideally be suitable for individuals seeking a step down service from a hospital admission.  West Avenue is situated close to Exeter City Centre and close to local amenities.
