Westbrooke Grange is a small, step-down residential service situated in Barton close to Torquay, and is set within a residential area. The property is registered with the Care Quality Commission for up to 5 service users and accommodation is provided over two floors.

Services are offered to people with an Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) who have associated mental health needs, some of whom require treatment or assessment under the Mental Health Act (1983).

Westbrooke has been recently refurbished to provide five individual suites within this step-down residential unit. The three on the ground floor each consist of en-suite bedroom, lounge with kitchenette area and a separate room for use as a supervised withdrawal area, these suites also have their own private gardens. On the first floor there are two suites each with an en-suite bedroom and separate  lounge with kitchenette, these two suites share a supervised withdrawal area.

The environment at Westbrooke Grange is designed to provide a homely and less institutional setting where treatment can be provided within a therapeutic surrounding with community access.

There is limited on-site parking for visitors however there is a large car park within a two minute walk of the unit.
