Chalk Hill is a residential care home providing support for people with an Autistic Spectrum Disorder. Referrals are welcomed where residential, community based services are required for adults between the ages of 18 and 65.


The property is set in a quiet residential area of Surrey, close to shops and other local amenities.

Chalk Hill provides residential services for adults with an Autistic Spectrum Disorder with or without some associated learning disability. The service user group is carefully considered to ensure an appropriate mix of skills, gender and needs. Support is available to help with day-to-day, independent living.


All rooms are decorated to a high standard creating a homely atmosphere and service users are encouraged to participate in the choosing of colour schemes throughout the home.
Chalk Hill has accommodation provided over two floors including; three bedrooms (two en-suite), with a sitting room, family room, dining room, study, kitchen facilities. The property benefits from a large garden to the rear of the property with off road parking to the front.

The property is registered with the Care Quality Commission.

Location & transport

Chalk Hill is situated in Kingswood, close to Epsom Downs in Surrey. The facility is conveniently located just a few minutes’ walk from Kingswood station, providing easy access from London and the South East.

The M25 is close by and we have parking available for visitors.
